Making Peace With Food

It’s easy to drive ourselves nuts by labeling food as being either “good” or “bad” (and “healthy” or “unhealthy,” or whatever).

But this mentality backfires because when we judge the food, we ultimately end up judging ourselves, creating a viscous cycle.

In this lesson we cover how to change your mindset with food so that it can just be food.  We’ll also talk about how being overly rigid and restrictive with food can actually backfire, and how you can allow yourself to eat ALL types of food that you enjoy (without feeling guilty about it!)
